Terms of Use for Service Providers (Psychics) – Askandanswers

Welcome to Askandanswers. By joining our platform as a service provider ("Psychic"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your responsibilities and rights while offering services to clients on the platform.

1. Responsibility for Information Provided

• As a Psychic, you are solely responsible for any advice, information, or guidance you provide to clients.
• Askandanswers does not guarantee the accuracy or outcomes of the information you share and will not be held liable for its content.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

• You are strictly not allowed to provide any information or advice that could:
• Cause harm to the client or others.
• Encourage illegal, dangerous, or harmful actions.
• Violate any laws, ethical standards, or platform policies.
• Sharing harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content may lead to account termination.

3. Confidentiality and Client Information

• You must maintain complete confidentiality of all client information obtained during your service on the platform.
• You are strictly prohibited from:
• Sharing, using, or disclosing client information for any purpose outside of Askandanswers services.
• Contacting clients outside the Askandanswers platform for personal, business, or promotional purposes.
• Misuse of client information will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

4. Earnings, Payments, and Commission

• Payments for services provided will be made on a NET+30 basis:
• Payments will be processed 30 days after your submitted invoice or as per any alternative payment agreement made with Askandanswers administration.
• Payments will reflect the commission rate set by Askandanswers and agreed upon with you.
• All payments are subject to verification and approval by the platform’s administration.
• You are required to issue invoices promptly and comply with applicable tax regulations.

5. Chargebacks and Adjustments

• If a client disputes a transaction or initiates a chargeback, the disputed amount can be deducted from your earnings or balance at any time.
• You acknowledge that chargebacks are part of the online service process, and Askandanswers retains the right to adjust your balance accordingly.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

• Askandanswers reserves the right to suspend, block, or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice or proof of violation, and for any reason at its sole discretion.
• In such cases, Askandanswers may cancel or withhold any pending payments without liability or explanation.

7. Professional Conduct

• You agree to act professionally, ethically, and respectfully at all times.
• Misleading information, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate behavior toward clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Platform Usage

• Askandanswers reserves the right to monitor all interactions between you and clients to ensure compliance with these terms.
• You are not permitted to redirect clients to other platforms, websites, or personal contact methods outside of Askandanswers.
• Changes to these terms may occur at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of disputes between you and Askandanswers, the platform’s administration will have the final authority on all decisions, including those related to earnings, chargebacks, and account actions.

By offering services on the Askandanswers platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of unpaid earnings, and/or legal action.
